Return & Refund Policy
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by customer support.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
